Just got back from an early screening of Richard Stanley's Color Out of Space. Hell of a movie. I don't think I've seen a horror movie which captures the kind of epic cosmic dread one finds in Lovecraft's stories.Also, Nicolas Cage is the best Lovecraftian scream queen. His portrayal of a geeky dad descending into madness was one of the better performances I've seen from him in a while. It's always good to remember that beyond all the memes and weirdo celebrity hijinks, Cage is actually a good actor. via /r/movies https://ift.tt/2tK9kRp
