Sorry, I'm ranting. Just got back from seeing Midsommar, which I've been waiting absolutely ages to see, and I feel like it's been completely ruined for me.This pair of people drinking cans of beer, talking and laughing the entire way through. I'm pretty sure the film is mostly based on atmosphere - it's hard to get properly into the atmosphere when you're dragged out of it every 2 minutes by some idiot laughing at some idiot comment from his idiot friend.One of them asked me why I was shaking his head at him - as he was collecting his empty beer cans off the floor. I'm so pissed off. I'm going to go see it again but it won't be the same because now I know what happens.If you want to get pissed and laugh and joke with your friends, go to the pub.
