Are there any movies with the "Last Man on Earth" premise where the main character ACTUALLY turns out to be the last human left alive on the planet?

Seems like every time there's a movie with this basic premise, they inevitably have to put in a "twist" where we find out that there are actually other people still alive. I Am Legend is a good example.It's always bothered me because I want a movie that fully explores that concept. Like a story where the entire conflict comes from the character coping with being completely alone instead of having that for the first act or 2 and then introducing more people.Any suggestions? via /r/movies https://ift.tt/32q1gC5
